Now Westside Video, too
Seriously, I didn’t plan for these last three posts to be about business closures, but that’s what seems to be happening. As reported by the Bulletin yesterday, Westside Video is closed.
Westside Video is (was) located over on Newport Avenue on, er, the west side for the past 24 years—a Bend institution. During its heyday it seemed like quite a popular little store.
According to the article, they plan to "open Friday through Sunday to sell off inventory".
Raise your hand if you think we’re anywhere close to the nadir!
This is going to get ugly. Very ugly.
Was it under new(ish) ownership? I thought the biz changed hands a little while back.
