Monday, October 5th (tomorrow… or "today" if you reading this Monday morning) is "ODS Free Seniors Day at the High Desert Museum": People aged 60 and older will have free admission all day. (Actually, the website says 65, but the email I received says 60—call first.)
In addition to the free admission, they are offering "special wildlife encounters, Living History performances and animal keeper talks", which sounds like business as usual—though I suspect these will be stepped up for the day.
And it’s not entirely related, an additional note was attached to the email as well:
Also, the High Desert Museum will honor Working Wonders Children’s Museum Golden Tickets through their expiration date and punchcards through March 2010 for free admission to the High Desert Museum.
