Bend Fire Department Open House

Next week (October 3rd through the 9th) is National Fire Prevention Week, and as part of this year’s fire prevention campaign the Bend Fire Department is having an open house this Saturday, the 2nd, from 12 until 4pm at the North Station (63377 Jamison Street). According to Facebook, Oregon Spirit Distillers are holding a tasting event at East Bend Liquor (2220 NE Hwy 20)… now. Friday, Sept 24, 4-6pm. That’s all the information they have, and I didn’t see anything on their website. If you want to get your weekend started a little early but aren’t quite ready for the Oktoberfest crowd… head on over!
