Sunday, the 12th, at 8pm at Silver Moon Brewing is the Ignite Bend voting party and “Battledecks.” This is where you get to cast your votes for who should be presenters on September 30th’s Ignite event (the choices are here), so if you wanted to get involved—and drink some good beer—this is a chance.

Join us at Silver Moon Brewing on Sunday, September 12 at 8pm. Bring a friend, cast your Ignite Bend 5 votes and join us for Battledecks, belly laughs and of course, beer. We’re combining a voting party with good Ignite-style fun, and would love to see you there. This is a 21+ event, no minors allowed.

Voting Party: Vote up your favorite submissions for Ignite Bend 5, happening on September 30th, 7pm at the Tower Theatre. Ballots and submission descriptions will be available.

Battledecks: Get a taste of what the Ignite experience is like with Battledecks: a powerpoint karaoke where you ad-lib your way through slides you’ve never seen before. Inspired by similar events held at SXSW Interactive, Battledecks is a fast-paced, fun, laugh riot where “contestants” have to put together a presentation on the fly as slides are randomly projected for their confusion and the delight of the audience.
