Free cappuccinos at Lone Pine Coffee

Tomorrow (Tuesday, March 1st) Lone Pine Coffee Roasters is celebrating their second anniversary with a customer appreciation day where they’ll be giving out free cappuccinos. Can’t go wrong with that! Lone Pine is located in Tin Pan Alley—the alley just sound of the parking garage and Thump Coffee downtown—at 845 Tin Pan Alley, to be exact, and are open from 7am til 6pm.

Ice Crit

The Ice Crit is one of my favorite events in the winter. The event used to be held in the Swampy Lakes parking lot but moved to Wanoga a couple years ago. WinterFest starts today

Bend WinterFest starts today: the Old Mill will be taken over with Rail Jam, ice carving, the WinterFest Wine Walk, WinterFringe, the marketplace, and more all weekend. Festivities start tonight at 5pm and run until 10; on Saturday it’s 11 to 10, and Sunday is 11 to 6. There’ll be lots of live music all weekend, and don’t forget you’ll need to purchase a WinterFest button to get in.

Movie Night at Truck Stop Skatepark

File under “random stuff I saw on Twitter” … via @johnny72k. Since I’m not a skater, I tend to forget about Bend’s Indoor Skatepark… Truck Stop Skatepark.
