Movie Night at Truck Stop Skatepark

Since I’m not a skater, I tend to forget about Bend’s Indoor Skatepark… Truck Stop Skatepark. I drive by it on the parkway, wonder who goes there? And why? But just keep speeding along.
Well, their upcoming Movie Night might be a reason. I’m assuming that it’s along the lines of the ski and snowboard movies shown in the area. Sounds like the type of thing that could be a fun night out. Details are pretty thin, but here are the basics:

Movie night at the Truck Stop – the movie is ONEYEAR and features today’s biggest names in snowboarding: Andy Finch, Dave Downing, Eric Willet, Kelly Clark, Janna Meyen and more. It’s a snowboard documentary about these athletes and their lives. Also showing is IN:5 – a project that has the youth of Bend asking Matt Beacham 5 questions. Matt, who is the host of Fuel TV’s New Pollution, will be there in person to share stories, take questions, etc. The band Cadence is playing live. Free Admission, free food and drink. It will be rad.
