I don’t remember seeing this reported locally anywhere else yet, but the Panda Express that is located on the north end of Bend (essentially on the northeast corner of the Target lot) is now open. It had been under construction since September and originally I believe was slated to have a December 15th opening date. But our son had mentioned late in the week that one of his friends had eaten there, and driving by today confirmed that it is, indeed, now open.
