Update: Details below!

This Thursday, January 31, is the first annual Platypus Pub Brewfest, an event featuring beer from at least 14 breweries that will be taking place later in the day I believe. I’m short on details, what I have is this:

Based on this flyer the breweries are Deschutes Brewery, Elysian Brewing, BridgePort Brewing, Sierra Nevada, Stone Brewing, Dogfish Head, Mac & Jack’s, Cascade Lakes, Bend Brewing, Green Flash, Full Sail, Pyramid, New Belgium, and Georgetown Brewing.

I’ll post additional details and updates as I find them out.

The Brewfest will start at 5pm, and owner Tom Gilles tells me that brewery reps for each attending brewery will be rotating starting at 5:30 to talk about their beers. Here’s the schedule:

First Group:

• Georgetown
• Full Sail
• Cascade Lakes

Second Group:

• Sierra Nevada
• Bend Brewing
• New Belgium

Third Group:

• Elysian
• Deschutes
• Bridgeport

Fourth Group:

• Mac & Jacks
• Stone
• Pyramid

Final Group:

• Worthy
• Greenflash
• Dogfish

They will likely also be raffling off items from the breweries throughout the night.
