This one always sneaks up on me somehow: the Sisters Wine & Brew Festival started yesterday, and continues today over in Sisters’ Village Green Park. It takes place from 11am to 8pm today, and is both family and dog friendly.

There will be food and other vendors on site, and live music lined up for the day:

• 2pm  Lindy Gravelle
• 4pm JazCru
• 6pm Slick Side Down

Of course the emphasis is on wine and beer, and there are several distilleries present as well. For tastings you’ll need tokens which cost $1 and are sold in minimum purchases of 10. (No mention of cups, so presumably they don’t have a commemorative one.)

You’ll have plenty of options to choose from too: 19 wineries, 11 breweries and cideries, and 5 distilleries. And the weather looks to be perfect for it today, too.
