Central Oregon Winter Beer Festival – Saturday
This Saturday, December 13, GoodLife Brewing is hosting the second annual Central Oregon Winter Beer Festival from 1 to 9pm in their Biergarten. Everything will be taking place in a heated tent, with the firepit roaring, but still dress for the weather! There will be nearly every Central Oregon brewery present pouring their winter beers:
- 10 Barrel Brewing
- Atlas Cider
- Bend Brewing
- Boneyard Beer
- Bridge 99 Brewery
- Cascade Lakes Brewing
- Crux Fermentation Project
- Deschutes Brewery
- GoodLife Brewing Co.
- McMenamins Old St. Francis School
- North Rim Brewing
- Oblivion Brewing
- Old Mill Brew Werks
- Rat Hole Brewing
- River Bend Brewing
- Silver Moon Brewing
- Smith Rock Brewing
- Solstice Brewing
- Sunriver Brewing
- Three Creeks Brewing
- Wild Ride Brewing
- Worthy Brewing
The Festival will cost $10, which gets you the glass and 4 tasting tokens, with additional tokens being $1 each. 100% of the proceeds are going to benefit the Central Oregon Brewers Guild.
The Bend Bulletin has some additional details as well:
There will be live music all day: Greg Botsford from 2-3:30 p.m., Tone Red from 4-6 p.m. and DJ Byrne (aka fellow festival organizer Kevin Byrne from Three Creeks Brewing) from 6-8:30 p.m. A $10 entry gets you a glass and four tasting tokens. Dump City Dumplings, Mauna Kea Grill and Burrito Deportivo food carts will be hanging out too.
And, I’ll be on hand from about 4pm until closing selling books, as well. It’s a great match—Central Oregon winter beers with the history of the breweries behind them all!
