Three Creeks Brewing homebrew contest

For the second year in a row Sisters’ Three Creeks Brewing is holding their annual Homebrew Invitational, a brewing competition for which the winning homebrewer will get to be an “honorary Three Creeks brewer” and have their winning beer commercially brewed on the Brewery’s 10-barrel pub system.

Three Creeks 2nd Annual Homebrew Invitational

And, the entry deadline is tomorrow, September 15! However you have until October 1 to deliver your beer, as long as you get the entry form submitted to the Brewery in time. And on October 4 it’s the big judging/tasting event taking place at the pub.

Here’s their event page description:

Call out to all Homebrewers! We are excited to kick off our 2nd Annual Homebrew Invitation. Submit your finest porter or stout for a chance to be named “Honorary TCBC Brewer” for a day and brew your recipe on our 10bbl brewhouse. Pick up your entry form today at the TCBC pub, The Brew Shop, or Redmond Craft Brewing Supply. Important dates:
Sep 15: Deadline to submit entry forms.
Oct 1: Deadline to deliver your brew to TCBC pub.
Oct 4: Homebrew Tasting and Winner Announce at TCBC.

So if you’ve got a killer porter or stout you could enter, get on it now! You’ll need to provide 22-ounce bottles, 8 of them—yes, that’s a lot for a homebrew competition, but they are using four bottles for the judging, and then the other four for the tasting event on the patio on the 4th—so your beer will essentially be a part of a small brewfest.

This is a great opportunity and it’s going to be a fun event—if you can get it under the deadline, do it!
