Silver Moon Brewing is teaming up with Revolvr Menswear to host a benefit beer pairing dinner this Thursday, October 27, at Revolvr’s downtown Bend store. “Pairing for a Purpose” benefits the Cascade Youth & Family Center and features a five course dinner by the Scoutpost food cart paired with Silver Moon beers.

It takes place from 6:30 to 8:30pm, and costs $50 per person. You can purchase tickets online here.

SECOND COURSE – Ricotta Gnocchi, winter squash, brussel sprouts, sage, parmesan + Paired with Twisted Gourd Pumpkin Ale

THIRD COURSE – IPA 97 brined pork loin + Soft polenta, apple butter + Paired with IPA 97
