I was waiting to see if there were any notes for a second Bend City Council meeting this month, but apparently there was none; only the first Wednesday (November 7) saw a meeting. (The other would have been last week, the day before Thanksgiving.) So, here are the notes for this month’s one meeting:

Looks like a big chunk of the focus was on the “connection to public sewer” issues that the Council is trying to figure out. (Converting/connecting city residents that are on septic systems to the public server system.) There are approximately 2,800 homes in the city that are still on septic systems, so it’s a matter of working out how to get them on to the public sewer instead.
