This Saturday, March 16, Dakota’s Brick Shop (LEGO store) is hosting a live LEGO build contest at Mountain View High School from 5:30 to 8pm. The official page is here.

Join us for a night full of fun and creativity featuring exciting creations from local LEGO builders! Your votes will help us crown winners for all three age groups in our first ever LIVE voting contest! The Mountain View Robotics Team will also have some awesome robots on display for everyone to see!

When: March 16th from 5:30- 8:00pm

Where: Mountain View High School- 2755 NE 27th St. Bend, OR

Attendees: We encourage everyone to invite friends and family to attend even if you don’t have a Lego creation to display! Entry is free and there will be lots of fun things to do during the event!

Builders: Do you want to enter the build contest and have a shot at winning awesome prizes and show off your creations? Get to work building anything you want that’s of your own design (no sets)! Keep in mind, your build has to be transportable, so make sure its nice and sturdy! Simply register your build below! We can’t wait so see what you make!

Prizes: For each age group there will be a 1st, 2nd & 3rd place winner as well as a grand prize winner for peoples choice award! Every entry (winner or not) will leave with a Lego themed prize. Prizes will be a combination of Lego sets as well as Dakota’s Brick Shop gift cards!

This sounds like an incredibly cool event to check out and should be fun. I also didn’t know we had a defacto LEGO store in town, but that’s awesome.
