{I LOVE BEND OR} Photography Tour Workshop

What an interesting idea! Jill Rosell, a talented local photographer and the mind behind “I LOVE BEND OR” (both the stickers and the Facebook page) is hosting a photography workshop. The class is for folks that own and use digital SLR cameras who would like to get more comfortable with using natural light and manual settings. There are two days offered: Monday, September 12 and Wednesday, September 21. Here’s the twist… the classroom and your … Continue reading →

Art galleries and businesses will be open late Friday, from 5 until 9, with special art exhibits and many also offering live music … Continue reading →

Spring Art Hop

Tonight (April 1st) is not only First Friday—whereupon art galleries and businesses downtown (as well as in the Old Mill) stay open late with special art exhibits, live music, and refreshments—it’s also the Spring Art Hop: the semi-annual event that’s essentially First Friday on steroids. The Downtown Bend page says over 60 businesses will be open late (which I think is quite a bit more that the usual FF numbers). And of course the Old … Continue reading →
