This Saturday the 16th the Deschutes County Sheriff is holding a free shredding, food drive, and prescription drug disposal event at their main office on Highway 20 on the north end of town. It will run from 10am to 1pm, and they will accept up to 4 medium boxes for personal shredding (which means no corporate or government secrets, one assumes).
