APPETIZER: Sopes with Central Oregon Ostrich Carne Asada, Tomatillo Salsa, Ground Cherries and Kale Slaw

SALAD: Next Season Farms Red Butterhead Lettuce with Cada Dia Farms Jalapeno Feta, Rainshadow Organics Goseberry/DD Ranch Honey Vinaigrette.

ENTRÉE: DD Ranch Braised Brisket-Chard Wraps with Walla Walla Onion Marmalade, Buttered Shelled Peas and Fava Beans, Served with Celeriac Potato Gratin with Cada Dia Farm Cheese.

DESSERT: Strawberry and Honeyberry Angel Food Cake with Meyer Lemon-Kumquat Curd and Yuzu Sauce
