The final roundup of Bend City Council meeting notes for the year are here, finishing off December of 2019. The meeting on the 4th had a big segment devoted to the Bend Climate Mitigation plan, particularly the section making home energy efficiency increases (as I understand it) mandatory. Councilors Moseley and Livingston opposed adoption of the resolution. The meeting on the 18th reads like a list of housekeeping issues to hurry to finish before the holidays and the end of the year.
