One of the newer brewers of 10 Barrel, Brian Pyka will be here Wednesday night to explain a couple of his sour beers. We will have Pyka, a Flanders Red and Dry Hopped Baker’s Dozen a blend of two wheat beers innoculated with 13 strains of Brettanomyces on tap.

Ashley will also be here from 10 Barrel sampling out Bubbly, Cucumber Crush and Pray for Snow.
