The Abyss is back in all its glory! From Saturday, February 11th through Valentines Day, Tuesday, February 14th, we will be pouring all your favorite Abyss varieties, available together in one sample tray for $22! Snifters of each for $7! Delicious food pairing specials are also planned and ready to go! Head down to the pub this weekend and warm up with The Abyss!

Saturday

Cowboy Prime Rib Steak – Coffee and cocoa rubbed prime rib steak, slow smoked and served with creamy mashed celeriac potatoes, roasted vegetables, crispy onions, and an Abyss au jus.

Sunday

Seared Duck and Citrus Salad – Spring mixed greens tossed in a lavender vinaigrette topped with caracara oranges, shaved fennel, shaved red onion, candied pecans, crumbled Caveman blue cheese, and cocoa nibs.

Monday

Red-Eye Burger – Cocoa and coffee rubbed dry aged beef burger topped with smoky bleu cheese, thick cut maple pork belly, caramelized onions, watercress, and an Abyss-naise on a brioche bun

Tuesday

Pork Shank Mole – Pork shank slowly braised with citrus, onion, and salt, smothered in mole sauce and served over yellow fried rice with sweet potato hay, escabeche, and corn tortillas.
