Monday, January 30th at the Bend pub is sure to be OUT OF THIS WORLD! We’re releasing a BRAND NEW Pub Reserve series beer, Planéte Bruin Sour Brown Ale! Head down to taste this intergalactic offering and enjoy a delicious food pairing. Be sure to grab a few bottles to go, we expect this one to rocket right out the door!

Pork Belly Sliders – Caramelized hoisin-roasted pork belly, kimchi sauce, and scallion salsa.
Pork Belly, Chicken, and Sausage Gumbo – Rich gumbo with peppers, tomatoes, Cajun pork belly, andouille sausage, and chicken. Served with rice and toasted French bread.
Pepper and Fennel Pork Belly Pizza – Hand stretched dough topped with minced pork belly, roasted onions, peppers, fennel, watercress, and Havarti cheese, then oven-baked to perfection!
