Do you enjoy beer? Are you interested in the science of your malted/hopped beverage? Ideas on Tap is back in January.

Join Professor Jim Hutchison as he explores and explains the science and chemistry behind your favorite IPA, Ale, Stout, etc. with the help of Worthy Brewing. The night will include beer trivia, guided tastings and hands-on examination of beer ingredients. Social hour will be from 6-7pm with the talk/experience starting at 7.
