Tonight, December 22, Broken Top Bottle Shop is hosting their annual Vegan Holiday Dinner starting at 6pm. It’s a four-course meal paired with beer (of course!), costing $45 per person. You can call BTBS at 541-728-0703 to reserve a spot if there are any available.

Masa crusted hearts of palm fried “calamari” rings with chipotle lemon aioli and fried poblano strips
Paired with: pFriem Family Brewers, Pilsner
Roasted heirloom carrot salad with cumin seed and black garlic vinaigrette, sunflower microgreens, and candied pine nuts
Paired with: Pelican Brewing Company, Doryman’s Dark Ale (American Brown Ale)
Mushroom bordelaise ravioloni in rich mushroom broth and enoki mushrooms
Paired with: Russian River Brewing Company, Pliny the Elder (Double IPA)
Banana rum cheesecake with spiced pecan crust and maple rum sauce
Paired with: Crux Fermentation Project, Tough Love (Bourbon Barrel Aged Russian Imperial Stout)
Broken Top Bottle Shop is one of the best places in town for vegan/vegetarian friendly fare, and this menu looks pretty tasty.
