The meetings were once again held online in a virtual format due to smart COVID-19 pandemic restrictions.
In the June 17 notes, for some reason, the COVID-19 updates has this from the city: “administrative order discouraging travel has been lifted.” This expired on June 6, when Deschutes County entered Phase 2, but honestly this needs to be re-asserted. Cases are growing.
